At BrauBeviale 2017, we proudly presented our first MALS dealcoholization system. The success was overwhelming - the pilot plant immediately found a happy buyer. A big step for Memo3 and a milestone in the world of beverage innovations.

However, the success also brought with it a challenge: the MALS was sold so quickly that interested parties did not have the opportunity to test the taste of non-alcoholic beverages from membrane filtration. But we listened and worked. 

A new era: The Mobile MALS Test Unit 

We are pleased to announce that a new pilot plant is under construction! The Mobile MALS Test Plant will allow interested parties to experience the great taste of non-alcoholic beverages from membrane filtration for themselves.
